Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I recently bought the Epoxy Resin Kit 32 oz and a Mica Powder Set. The resin cured beautifully, very clear with almost no bubbles which was nice. The mica powders were vibrant and mixed in well. Shipping took about a week, which was a little longer than I hoped, but everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I had a question about the mixing ratio and customer support got back to me pretty fast, which I appreciated. All in all, a good experience, just plan for standard shipping times.

Nice resin for jewelry

Got the Resin Jewelry Starter Kit to try making some necklaces. It was pretty easy to use, and the instructions were clear. The resin came out smooth. I even used some of the Dried Flowers for Resin with it. Came earlier than the tracking said it would. Would recommend if you're just starting out.

Great Deep Pour Epoxy

I ordered the Deep Pour Epoxy for a river table project and it worked like a dream! It came quickly, and the resin was crystal clear. My project looks so professional. I will totally buy from Bond Craftor again. You should too!

Has anyone compared Bond Craftor with ArtResin? Is it worth the price difference?

J Josh 1 month ago
I've used both. Bond Craftor is definitely more budget-friendly. ArtResin is super clear, but I find Bond Craftor to be really good for the price and almost as clear. Less bubbles too, sometimes.

For beginners or casual projects, Bond Craftor is a solid choice. ArtResin is top-tier for clarity, but you pay for it. If you're not doing gallery-level stuff, Bond Craftor is a great alternative.

Thinking of trying their resin for some jewelry. Is it actually bubble-free? That's always my biggest headache.

T Tara 2 months ago
Mostly, yeah. I found warming the resin a bit before mixing helps a ton, and a heat gun after pouring gets any stragglers. It's way better than some other brands I've tried for bubbles.

It's pretty good. Not 100% perfect all the time, but definitely less bubbly than like, Dr. Crafty. Just gotta be patient with mixing and use a heat gun.

Thinking of buying the 1 gallon kit, are there any ongoing promo codes for larger orders or for first-time customers?

B Beth Beaumont 2 months ago
They often have a 10% or 15% off for first orders if you sign up for their newsletter. Also keep an eye out around holidays.

T Todd Torres 2 months ago
Yeah, check their site for newsletter sign-up deals, that's usually how I snag a discount. Sometimes they have automatic bulk discounts too, but that's usually on bundles.

How long does their resin usually take to cure completely? Need to plan my projects.

S Sophie 2 months ago
For the main epoxy resin, it's usually surface dry in 24 hours but fully cured and hard in about 72 hours. Depends on temperature too.

P Priya Whitfield 2 months ago
I always give it 3 days to be totally safe before messing with it. That's usually what the instructions say for a full cure.

Does Bond Craftor do free shipping? My order is like $60 so hoping to avoid that extra charge.

P Phil 2 months ago
Yeah, I think it's free shipping over $50. So you should be good.

Pretty sure they do. I hit that threshold last time and it automatically applied at checkout, so you're probably all set.
